A week ago today Lions Youth Football Club opened registration to all new players at Bell Prep. I was on hand to welcome both new and returning players. For our 6th grade team, we had 18 sign up, including 10 returning players from the 2007 5th grade squad. Three to four more returnees are expected back once their paperwork is turned in. Once again, it looks like Head Coach Eddie Souza and staff will have a good group of kids for the 2008 season.
If your child has not signed up but would like to play, vist the Lions main Website for registration info. You can do that by going to the Lions Hotlinks section of this blog. We have a roster limit of 30 players, so space is available, but don't delay and get left out.
