Day One

We had our first practice of the season tonight. Despite the rain and the usual first-day confusion, we managed to cover quite a lot on offense and defense. It was good to see last season's players again and to meet the new players. I'd like to give special notice to first-year player Jared Plancich, who walked up to each coach after practice and said, "Thank you for making me a better football player."
